Magnetic properties of rod magnetic cores from amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys

Rods are made of a ribbon by thickness 25 microns with nanocrystalline and amorphous structure. The ribbon is produced by technology of molten metal rapidly quenching from an alloy on the basis of iron (GM 414) and Co (GM 501). Accordingly rod cores are designated as GM 14C and GM 11C.

Rods may be produced with length up to 1000 mm and cross sectional area 5×5, 10×10 mm.

Rod GM 11C have a class of thermal stability A (105°C), and GM 14C - F (155°C).

Full service life of magnetic cores - 30 years.
